We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, it must be done within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@zoss.media with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Recommendations: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional Information

  • Please note that certain types of items may be exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, perishable goods, or hazardous materials.

  • If your return or exchange is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
